a woman in her physical body but has the masculine principle
within her. And similarly, every man is a man in his physical
body but has the feminine principle within him. If you know this
law of polarity, and if you know how to use the two principles -
the masculine and the feminine, the emissive and the receptive,
the positive and the negative - you can solve all of life's

Are We Aware that We Are Fragmented?
K: Knowledge, psychologically I use knowledge. 'I know myself', when I really don't know, because I am changing, moving. Or I use knowledge for my own satisfaction. For my position, for my success, for becoming a great man in the world. I am a great scholar, I have read a million books and I can tell you all about it. It gives me a position, a prestige, a status. So is that it, that fragmentation takes place when there is a desire for security, psychological security, which prevents biological security...
DS: Right.
K: You say, right. And therefore security may be one of the factors. Security in knowledge used wrongly.
DB: Or could you say that some sort of mistake has been made, that man feels insecure biologically, and he thinks, you know, what shall I do, and he makes a mistake in the sense that he tries to obtain a psychological sense of security by thinking... by knowledge.

or other abilities are said to be gifted. What is a gift? It is a
spiritual entity which has entered a person to help them and work
through them. Of course, psychologists will never admit that
talents and abilities are entities living in humans. And yet, the
proof that it is not these people themselves who do these
wonderful things but others through them is that they can lose
this gift. This has happened to many people: they have lost it
through living disorderly lives.
If you wish to attract higher entities that will show themselves
in you in the form of qualities or talents, you must bring light,
harmony and peace into yourself. These are the essential
conditions for attracting these entities. They are there waiting,
and when they see beings who have been able to prepare a
dwelling-place worthy of them, with what joy they enter them to
enrich them and bring them beauty and do the same for others,
too, through them!"

Blessed Community
As the sap flows through the branches of the vine & vitalizes the whole organism so that it bursts into the beauty, glory of foliage & finally blossoms into fruit, so through the lives of men & women, inwardly responsive & joyously receptive, the life of God Spirit flows, carrying vitality, awakening love, creating passion for goodness, kindling the fervor of consecration & producing that living body, that organism of the Spirit, that "Blessed Community," which continues through the centuries the revelation of God as love & tenderness and eternal goodness.

The Mobility
The Mobility, or the mobile nobles, are class-less, in that their specialization in movement provides them easy access to both social and physical spaces. Transportation and communication are the central skills of this pursuit; collapsing distance physically and inter-personally.
The Mobility never stay long, but they can always be reached. They can go anywhere and talk to anyone. Because of their unique calling, The Mobility are always at odds with territorialism. Passing through the dividing lines between people and places inevitably calls the Mobility's allegiance into question by those interested in maintaining boundaries. It is not that boundaries are invisible to the Mobility, but rather that the mechanics of territorialization place lower on their list of priorities.
The interest of the Mobility extends beyond cultural tourism; it returns some cultural to the tour. Rather than being consumed by spectacle, they allow the spectacle. Rather than consuming the culture they inhabit, they nourish their hosts. The Mobility act on very small stages and can affect the entire global arena.
The Mobility frees the political imperative from the moral imperative. Their morality is subservient to their perception of reality, broad in their acceptance; ruthless in their punishment.
They identify their preservation with that of the society at large. They are society's protection against the factions of itself; they fight greed as easily as ignorance. They defend the individual, not for their divisions, but outside their awareness.
Neither is The Mobility interested in dissolving boundaries; boundaries are central to an individual's understand of the world and themselves; they create similarity and difference; they are useful in noting the wide array of personalities that comprise our world.
The Mobility do not live in imaginary realities, their preservation depends on their pursuit of what is, rather than what should be.

Finding Your Tribe *Your Allies On Life�s Journey*
*Our tribe members are those people who accept us as we are and gladly accompany us on our journeys of evolution.*
Part of being human is the search for an individual identity. Bound to this strong need to establish a unique persona, however, is an equally intense desire for acceptance. It is when we find our individual tribes that both are satisfied. Our tribe members are those people who accept us as we are without reservation and gladly accompany us on our journeys of evolution.
Among them, we feel free to be our imperfect selves, to engage unabashedly in the activities we enjoy, and to express our vulnerabilities by relying on our tribe for support. We feel comfortable investing our time and energy in the members of our tribe, and are equally comfortable allowing them to invest their resources in our development.
The individuals who eventually become members of your unique tribe are out there in the wide world waiting for you. You are destined to find them, one by one, as you move through life. Sometimes your own efforts will put you in contact with your future tribe members. At other times, circumstances beyond your control will play a role in helping you connect with your tribe. If you look about you and discover that you are already allied with a wonderful and supportive tribe, remember that there are likely many members of your tribe you have not yet met. On the other hand, if you feel you are still living outside of your tribe, broadening your horizons can help you find your tribe members.
However your life develops after you come together with your tribe, you can be assured that its members will stand at your side. On the surface, your tribe may seem to be nothing more than a loose-knit group of friends and acquaintances to whom you ally yourself. Yet when you look deeper, you will discover that your tribe grounds you and provides you with a sense of community that ultimately fulfills many of your most basic human needs.
Through the gifts that our Mother Goddess / Father God gives us we can transform ourselves each and every day. Looking beyond the outside world we see the divinity that resides inside of everything. Release all your fears, old habits and negative feelings so you can truly forgive yourself. Give for you and what you are becoming as the perfection of divine light shines through you.
Be patient as you transmute love through your soul filled eyes into everything you see & close them to feel the beauty of being alive. You are opening new possibilities and charging the cells in your body to transform and unlock all the beauty within.
Shine bright beautiful one.

As Good As Your Word Promises
"Ever since human beings could speak to one another, they have been making promises and keeping them or not keeping them. Those who keep their promises are regarded as people of integrity, while those who don’t keep their promises are regarded as people who at best can't be taken seriously and at worst can't be trusted. Sometimes we forget how powerful our words are, and we use them haphazardly or unconsciously, creating expectations that are never fulfilled, leaving disappointment and distrust in our wake.
On an even deeper level, there are promises we may have made to ourselves that we don’t remember because they have slipped into our unconscious. An early heartache may have been followed by a promise never to trust love again. Without realizing it, we may be fulfilling that promise and wondering why our love life looks so grim. At an even deeper level, many people who recall past lives become aware that they made a promise lifetimes ago that they are still keeping. For example, a vow of poverty taken in a lifetime as a monk may be holding someone back from fulfilling his earning potential now. Upon realizing that we have made a promise we no longer wish to be beholden to, we can perform a ritual of requesting release from that bond. In doing so, we clear ourselves of outmoded connections and patterns, returning ourselves to a clean slate. Then we can resolve to remember that our word is sacred and to be very conscious of any promises we make to ourselves or to others.
We may ask to be released from any promises made to ourselves or others in our present, past, or future lives, consciously or unconsciously, that are holding us back from fulfilling our greatest good. We may ask that love, light, and healing be sent to any souls who have suffered from our inability to be true to our word, including ourselves. We can ask for the wisdom to do our best and from this point forward to be true to our word, promising only what we truly intend to deliver. The resulting clear conscience and liberated energy will illustrate this truth: We are only as good as our word. "

I know from outer appearances things seem confusing and even overwhelming, but day-by-day we are moving forward in the Light. Please take a few deep breaths, and feel your consciousness expanding to take in the bigger picture. In the midst of the chaos, miracles are happening.
"On December 31, 2009, we experienced one of the most powerful Full Moon Lunar Eclipses we have ever encountered. The influx of Light from this Eclipse blessed the planet with powerful frequencies of healing and transformation. We were told by the Beings of Light that this Light would increase daily and hourly until the New Moon Solar Eclipse, which would take place January 14-15, 2010. The influx of Light from that Eclipse would empower all of the patterns of perfection for the New Earth and catapult this planet forward in the Light, thus paving the way for the physical manifestation of the New Earth.
On January 12, 2010, Haiti had the most devastating earthquake she had ever experience. Blue Moon on New Year's Eve! Blue Moons occur when there are two Full Moons in the same month and happen approximately once every 2.72 years. Thus the expression, "Once in a Blue Moon." The last time it happened was in 1990, and the next time won't be until 2028.
The energy was even more powerful as a lunar eclipse took place along with Mars and Mercury both in retrograde.
"On Thursday we passed through a Lunar Eclipse (not visible) which continues the theme of relinquishing old emotional patterns (Moon conjunct South Node in Cancer) in order to build the new structures of our life (Sun-Pluto-Venus-Mercury conjunct North Node) which can contain and shape our future direction. This is also a Blue Moon, 2nd Full Moon of month, and a Super Moon - moon at perigee, closest to earth, adding to the emphasis. I think we've all felt the acceleration this last year, and we're heading deeper into the Vortex. This ain't Kansas anymore. Attachments to the past must give way to healthier choices. The ongoing triple conjunctions of Jupiter, Neptune and Chiron energize and emphasize our spiritual healing. Look back to where you were eight and 19 years ago at this time of year for clues as to the direction you've been shaping. Winter Solstice Circle 2009

Winter Solstice is the shortest day of the year in the northern hemisphere--the day with the least amount of sunlight. But on this darkest of days, a miracle occurs--a new solar year begins and sunlight increases incrementally. Thus, to observe this day, one is given an opportunity to go into the darkest of the dark with the promise of experiencing renewal and enlivening light that may lead to new pathways, new openings, and new possibilities for expressing our highest selves.
The Solstice Circle will be an opportunity for any and all community members to share parts of their inner core with one another in an egalitarian manner. Specifically, in observance of the increased darkness, we invite everyone to look within themselves, examine their own techniques for dealing with the challenging and difficult aspects of life, and come to the circle prepared to share with others their own personal paths/techniques/tools for transformation, healing, and/or psychic or cognitive renewal. Your technique might be following a particular spiritual practice, or working on a particular project, or using a particular exercise to re-center and ground. We offer this event as an opportunity for members to inspire each other through sharing their own desire for, as well as experience of, inner peace, stability, self-empowerment, and/or connection to Source. No one person will be the 'expert' on personal transformation; personal transformation, we acknowledge, is just that--personal. So please feel free to share openly as a way towards individual as well as group empowerment.
Each participant will have approximately 5 minutes to share. If you think you will need more than 5 minutes and/or will need props, such as audio/video equipment, candles, etc. please let us know before the 21st so that we can accommodate you.
In the middle of the circle will be a community mesa (altar) on which each person is invited to place an object that has personal significance. In bringing these objects together in a sacred setting, we are declaring our own communal bonding with one another with a realization that, through our bond, each member is strengthened individually.
We will hold this Solstice Circle from 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm, after which we will celebrate with food and conversation.

�This month is not easy. At least for me. The shadows reflected though the relationships are pretty powerful. You may also experience that with more awareness of what is actually happening, every conversation, every word may trigger something from my memory bank that needs to be brought into the light. Because every cell in our body remembers all of the different times when our dreams have not been realized. We also remember what did not happen for our parents, our friends, and even our countries.
All of these memories hold an energy that is there to protect our survival by telling us: "You know, these ideas may be wonderful, but you probably won't be able to do it anyway. It's too much work. It�s too expensive. It requires too much attention!" When it gets down to the root or survival center or down to sacral, we are able to actually create our material manifestations. This is where most of our ideas get aborted and simply die. Instead of feeling encouragement and loving support from our creative nurturing Sacral and Root Centers we often go into feeling powerless, shifting the focus from our dreams into observing our past experiences, and being scared of loosing our financial stability, loving relationships, and power.
Our disturbing thoughts and uncertainties, lead us into having doubts about our abilities and the integrity of the people around us. We may even become secretive about our experiences or dreams because we are now afraid that somebody is going to tell us it's not going to happen or we may feel shameful that something is not happening the way we were hoping. We feel guilty that we cannot do something that seems so easy for others. We feel an immense amount of pressure building up and we sense that we do not have enough energy to deal with the pressure to make our dreams come alive. We start overeating, or drinking/smoking excessively, or using other methods for numbing unpleasant sensations that are coming up. Then our needs, desires and ideas just do not have enough energy to develop amongst these distractions and we cannot stay in tune with our spirit. Unfortunately, the energy of our TRUE Self gets suppressed very early in our life as we are being told where we need to go and who we have to be with.
Are you one of these people who always knew what you needed to do in life, but could not?
Do you feel you are aware of what path you want to follow?
Are you always at peace with who you are or constantly re-inventing yourself in order to keep your relationships going?
Do you trust your inner knowing, your destiny and your path or you stray away from your life work and true desires because you feel tired, and unsupported through your closest relationships?
If you are on your path, you will experience synchronicity, less effort and more abundance at every level. If you are stepping out your Spirit in order to please your partners, lovers, kids, co-workers, you may experience struggle, sadness, and purposelessness. The most important lesson I am learning this month is about the necessity to allow your heart to take you on a ride without the fear of being overwhelmed by the unknown. It is about trusting your Higher Self to attract the right people and experiences through your openness and trust. It is about opening your treasure chest where the old ideas and beliefs about career choices, love, and life in general are stored, resolving them and becoming aware of your real treasures. It is about letting the fresh air of the Now support our quest, our true desires, and create the experiences we have always longed for, but have never experienced before.�

GIFTING THANKS To you, the world gives everything it has
Gratitude and Appreciation
Say right now you were dreaming and about to wake up to your physical body. What is purely on your mind in this dream are all the future events that have not manifested in your life. These events of the future, or illusions of something that has not passed, has created much disgust and resentment. You're feeling sadness about that perfect relationship with that perfect partner which has not come into your life yet. You're fearing about the struggle with money so you can live comfortably. You feel like a victim. You feel like you are in a nightmare with all this pain of expectations that have not surfaced in your life.
But then all of a sudden, you realize you are in fact dreaming and that this dream was actually created as an escape from a much worst reality. You realize that you created this dream not to worry about not having the dream job or the dream life partner, but to escape the truth that your physical body has no legs, no arms, and that you are blind and deaf. You forgot that you were in a sever accident and that you were unconscious. You realize that you have to go back to your body as dreams don't last forever. If this was real, how would this make you feel? Thank God'dess' this is not real. Thank God'dess' that this is just an exercise to create gratitude for your health. With a body that has no limbs, no sight, no hearing, we would feel alone with such suffering in this world. We would not be able to access the full spectrum of our senses. It would be difficult to fully manifest our dreams into this world.

She was an adventurer who ended up getting bit by a mosquito who delivered malaria into her bloodstream. When she came back to the States, the doctors didn't really know what was wrong with her. Weeks later, her arms and legs that gave her the ability to travel were removed. When I read this, it created a lot of pain and sadness in my body. We have truly been gifted everything we need to fulfill our true paths and we need only to seek freedom from the fear and illusions that block us from our own success. This body you are alive in has been gifted to you from the universe. This is YOUR temple of being and should be tended to with love, awareness and dedication. We take this world for granted and sometimes forget about the wonder that is in each one of us. In order to tap into the love of this world we must first love ourselves.
We are able to see, feel, taste, smell, listen, understand & believe!

THE WONDER OF IT ALL - PART 1

This is the most difficult article I have ever written, simply because words cannot adequately express the wonder of what has taken place. Since the beginning of this year, the Beings of Light in the Realms of Illumined Truth have been saying that 2009 is a turning point. They said it will be the year that is referred to throughout the Ages as the Cosmic Moment when the collective masses of Humanity changed our course of direction and reclaimed our Divine Birthright as Beloved Sons and Daughters of God. Even though Lightworkers around the world heard those words, I do not believe anyone grasped the magnitude of just what they meant.
What I am going to share with you now is known through your I AM Presence and is recorded within the deepest recesses of your heart. This is not something new that you are learning through this article. This is something that you personally experienced through the Presence of God pulsating in your Heart Flame. Ask your I AM Presence to help you remember on a conscious level the glory of this event. Allow the Flame of Truth within your heart to reveal to you the miracle that has transpired.
For clarity, the Company of Heaven asked me to reiterate a little of the information that they have shared with Humanity in the past. Their intent is to help all of us understand the groundwork that was laid in preparation for this moment. As you read these words, please ask your I AM Presence to help you "see with new eyes and hear with new ears." This glorious occurrence has been a work in progress for millennia.
At the beginning of the Piscean Age, a little over 2,000 years ago, our Father-Mother God observed the progress of their Sons and Daughters evolving on Earth. This evaluation allowed them to determine what the greatest need of the hour was for our spiritual growth and what our next learning experience should be in order to accomplish that goal. This type of evaluation occurs at the dawn of each New Age. It is a natural part of the evolutionary process in this Earthly school of learning.
Our God Parents knew that their precious Children abiding on Earth had truly lost our way. We were buried in the illusion of separation, and we had forgotten that we are Divine Sons and Daughters of God. We were no longer conscious of the reality that all our Father-Mother God have is ours.
Humanity was experiencing the oppressive grip of unbearable pain and suffering. This was caused by our free will choices and the misuse of our creative faculties of thought and feeling, which occurred as a result of our fall from Grace aeons ago. In the throes of our misery, we came to the erroneous conclusion that we are worthless sinners and worms in the dust. Since we become who we believe we are, this self-destructive belief was catapulting us into the depths of darkness and despair. It was clear that in order to reverse Humanity's downward spiral into oblivion, we needed to remember the Truth about who we are and to reclaim our Divine Potential.
A Divine Plan was set into motion, and a Beloved Son of God was summoned from the Great Silence. This precious Being is the one we know as Jesus, the Christ. Jesus volunteered to embody on Planet Earth to demonstrate to the Children of God evolving here the Truth of our own Divinity. He was chosen to anchor, through his example, the archetype for Humanity's return to Christ Consciousness. A critical facet of his Divine Mission was to model the path of Oneness and Divine Love, which is the only way Home to the Heart of God.
During what is referred to as "the lost 18 years," Jesus studied in the mystery schools of India, Tibet, and Egypt. At the age of 30, when it was time for him to begin his mission of anchoring the archetype for Humanity's return to Christ Consciousness, he demonstrated for all the world to see the imperative first step- the return of the Divine Feminine, our Mother God, the Holy Spirit.
The Divine Intelligence we refer to as God is a radiant forcefield of pure Light that encompasses every particle and wave of Life in the whole of Creation. God is omnipotent, omniscient, and omnipresent. God is the Alpha-I-and the Omega-AM-the beginning and the ending-the Cosmic I AM. God is All That Is.
My Transformation, moment by moment, is an exhilarating activity within me and my world. I know I Am fulfilling my Divine Plan, for I Am UNFOLDING AS MY
�I AM� BEING. I Am looking through �new� eyes, hearing through �new� ears, touching through a �new� sense and feeling through a �new� Heart. I look back on my actions and reactions of last year, last month, even yesterday and know I Am Unfolding as my true God Reality, for I do not respond in the same way. My inner God Power is becoming my outer reality. I Am experiencing deeper inner peace, greater stability and an encompassing sense of harmony as never before. I Am on the path home � home to my true Divine nature as I Unfold as My �I AM� Being. God is in command this day and every day. I quietly charge now through all my responsibilities, the Divine order of my �I AM� Being. I walk continually into the Light, surrendering and becoming my �I AM� Being in thought, word, action and deed.
�I AM� inbreathing and absorbing the Transformative Light of God Unfolding As My �I AM� Being.

Let's think about what we love.
What we really love.
Like when we were children and loved people fully without hesitation or judgment.
Let us love like when we were uncorrupted and unconditioned and pursued what we loved for the pure joy of it.
Let's find new games to play that aren't about power abuses, greed, control, or destruction.
Let's renew.
Let's provide alternative ideas and practices.
Let us play games that are fun, silly, and imaginative showing our joyful, healthy spirits. We will trade in the mind-games and power trips for unadulterated laughter and trips of communion with what we hold Divine. Laughter yoga anyone? Scavenger hunts to 'find' your chakras with readings, healing stones, meditations, and love in each spot? Cook offs to see how many wonderful things we can create and enjoy together in the kitchen and then perhaps share such bounty with communities who may otherwise be alien to it.
Swim races, breath workshops, bicycle cruises, gardening magic- the list of possibilities is endless! If you can dream it you can probably create it in some way!
Allow yourself to be creative!
Reflect a bit on what you focus your energy on now and think about what that serves and how much? Does it feel good? To you, your loved ones and communities? Are there areas in your garden of self that you may want to prune, add more nourishment and sunshine to, or perhaps completely uproot and transplant? As we are the gardeners of our boundless souls and the bountiful world may we be enlightened and brightly energized! Let us listen to our hearts and spirits and minds. Let us share what is most cherished to us with others so that it resonates and abounds in the hearts and minds of that which surrounds us.
We can dream of and create the most marvelous and divine realities! Let us treat each other with tenderness and compassion. As in the Hawaiian concept of Makia which states that "Energy flows where attention goes" showing the power we have in self-actualizing all that we need and desire (so to be careful what we wish for and create!)
What parts of you do you want to purify and heal be they physical, spiritual, mental, or emotional? What do you want to do (or release) to be even more whole and happy? Hold loving space for and within yourself. As you do this you will be loving the world as each drop of your love ripples in thought, spirit, emotion, touch, and sound to all that which surrounds you.
Let us be humble and empathetic to each other on our journeys as we are so interconnected. Let us treat each other with dignity, support, grace, and encouragement. May we be strong and balanced, joyful and whole. May we be patient and persistent. May we rest when we need to and work intelligently when we're active. May we Be one in another in Love.

Shamanic Dreaming Circle
'Slow but Steady' and 'Let's think this over' are the themes as the Moon hangs out with Saturn in Virgo, while Mars enters Taurus. Jupiter, Chiron and Neptune are still closely trined in Aquarius, urging us to search for our ideals, but Chiron and Neptune have turned retrograde, suggesting it's time to reflect on what has already been stirred up. We don't want to get ahead of ourselves, there's some sorting out to do, and a definite sense of a major battle to be fought to integrate who we can be with who we have been - but also a growing realization that as long as we stay connected to the spiritual center, it's a battle we can win.

Mercury went direct today, May 29th removing some of the negative energy this particular retrograde created. We may not feel the full effects of this until June 6. Slowly but surely, everything begins to get back on track. This has been an extremely difficult journey for many of you. Heartaches, breakups, arguments with friends and family spread like wildfire the past few weeks. However, many of you have learned some very valuable lessons from this planetary activity. The awakening of Love in the human heart was the spiritual journey of our Time: it heralded a transformation that would be as life-changing for each of us�and for all those we subsequently touched�as the taming of fire had been for our ancestors in the wild. The power of Love may leave you streaming with energy, but this is not a momentary �high��it�s more like a continuous �refining fire� that works within you at a fundamental level. An awakening burns away all your old ideas about who you think you are�an undressing that takes your identity apart, recreates it, and leaves you vulnerable to the greater life. The self that emerges is not really what you�d call an identity; it�s more like a sense of personhood that includes all you know yourself to be�and more. The late Irish poet and philosopher John O�Donohue called this quality of self �soul.� �The soul is not simply within the body, hidden somewhere within its recesses. The truth is rather the converse. Your body is in the soul, and the soul suffuses you completely.� This self provides an alternative way of relating to others, a new and tender connection with life. You live not in but as relationship.
Beltane...the old Celtic name for May Day...means bright fire or fire of Bel, the name of the Solar Force, who�s feast marks the beginning of the bright half of the year, & calls forth the Beloved in the form of Flora the Goddess of all flowering vegetation...
Wood from 9 sacred trees is gathered in Her honor, & the great Bel-fire is built & ritualistically ignited to celebrate their marriage & call forth the power the Sun�the people would jump these �need-fires� for fertility, healing & protection. Torches lit from it were carried home to re-light the hearth fires...they would walk the animals in-between them to ensure a good season...this is the mating season after all for man & beast�there were other May Day customs, like, walking the circuit of one�s property, repairing fences & boundary markers, processions of all kinds, archery tournaments, Morris dances, sword play, & of course making merry with music & dancing...
May morning is a time when the veil between the worlds can easily be pushed aside�but instead of the spirits coming into our realm from the other side�which is the case with Halloween, the polar opposite of Mayday on the wheel of the year�the fairies can enchant us over into their mystical realms�this is a magical time�perfect for gathering �wild� water...especially the may morning dew, or water from hidden wells & springs...these wild waters are collected & used to bath in for beauty, or to drink for health...May Day is considered the spark of summer...the time of milk & honey�this sensuous fertile energy is totally universal�& can be applied on many different levels�When we acknowledge these creative forces in the dance of our lives, it takes us to our own personal, modern-day version of dancing around the maypole...where we weave & combine the opposing energies within ourselves...blending them into one balanced source...so yes, acknowledge that ancient song which is playing in your dreams this time of year, reminding us that we are the Goddess of this ancient May Day ritual...the Queen of the May�& the potent God force�Jack in the Green�our body like the body of the earth instinctively knows it�s Beltane...the time of vitality & passion & new growth...& the wisdom of our spirit seeks the natural union of polarities that occur at this time...giving us the opportunity for integration in the alchemical dance of our souls�
Because under all the sexual innuendo & frivolity, it�s really all about the inner mystic marriage, the symbolic union, of fire & water - opposites complimenting each other, to become one, bringing all the elements into balance...you�ll just have to go dancing naked in the forest preserve on your own time...for now, lets work to unify the polarities of our being, by sparking the new fire of creative fertility & passion...& marrying it with the beautiful, healing waters of compassion & pure love...So we can truly celebrate the marriage feast of our lives, with a grounded, mindful joy...

A POSITIVE ATTITUDE
Dear friends, please take this message to heart... We so often underestimate our power to shape the situations in our life into a vibrant, creative, positive experience. We feel we are victims of circumstances and can do nothing. We curl up in our little ball of day-to-day sameness. We become mired in the muck of self-pity, blame and stagnation. We are just too tired to do anything. While, as the "Serenity Prayer" states, the acceptance of things we cannot change is wise, the way we react to those things is within our power. When we fully realize and practice this self-choice in our reactions to circumstances, we then truly begin living.
Saying this is one thing... putting it into practice is yet another. Is it as simple as throwing a mental switch and having everything we encounter in our lives become positive? Ultimately the answer is yes, but getting to the switch can be difficult. Surrounding yourself with positive, supportive people is a first step. Finding examples of people who have overcome unbelievable odds to achieve success or deal with a crisis is another. Just acknowledging that it is possible is a big step.
Start with some little thing that you normally would react to in a negative way. Instead of looking at the negative, look for the positive. Instead of saying things that support the dark side of the event, make statements that affirm your reactions in a strong, positive way.
We have two roads that we can take in our reaction to things we encounter in life:
*We can take the well-traveled road of blame, depression, anxiety, self-pity, fear and stagnation...
*Or we can take the "road less traveled" and literally straighten up (did you ever notice how positive people appear taller, with their head held high?) and meet the challenge with the knowledge that we are in control of our actions and reactions.
What road will you take? How you react is your choice. No person can ever take that away from you!

Full Moon at 18 degrees Scorpio on 9th May 2009 at 4.01am UT
Power, the patriarchy, our relationships with our father - all of these are being triggered by the upcoming Scorpio Full Moon. Also getting our attention is the need to be heart-true in our relationships and to move away from a tendency to isolate ourselves through power games and intellectualizing.
The Full Moon occurs in the Heart Chakra, in Human Design we call it the G Centre. It�s in Hexagram/Gate 1, line 6. Hexagram 1 is all yang. It�s the Dragon Gate of pure divine creativity, light giving, strong and active. It contains the energy of heaven in it�s guise as father sky, the masculine form of divinity.
The Moon symbolizes the daughter.� Conjunct the Earth, this indicates the potential for a realignment between the daugher (Moon), the mother (Earth) and the father (Sun). Of course this happens every full moon, but this time it�s different.
We have been engaged in excessive thinking, planning and activity caused by fear and insecurity that our deep nature is unacceptable. Allowing each one of our relationships to become more real is the path to overcoming that belief and the damage that it has done.
Not just to each one of us personally, but to the planet. Hidden treasures await as we recover from a global pandemic of neglect of our own personal
power.
Here�s a general guideline for a spiritual contract you can create for yourself.
1st: We all make contracts in our past life�s usually in time of peril or when we have major change that we may have. So you may write asking the Great Spirit to clean and resolve the past contracts that are no use to you during this lifetime. Ask that all contracts be filled with gold energy thus releasing any past issues or bad karmic decisions that still hinder you now so that you can move forward having full success in your life for now and in the future.
2nd: Write that you humbly ask for supreme guidance and faith with trust for yourself. Hey lets face it if you don�t trust yourself you can�t grow.
Ask that the control beings that help to hinder you through yourself, family and friends be destroyed so that truly nothing can stand in the way of your gifts and movement through life you will be amazed at how many control beings have really distracted us so we miss out on opportunities that can help further our creativity and spiritual growth no matter what you believe in,
3rd: Ask for greater health and that you be free from any dependencies issues. Ask for wisdom and compassion and ask that you get back the parts of your soul that you lost through all the trauma from your childhood to your adult hood. Ask that you continue to grow and learn quickly from all of your mistakes in life so that you can be a better you.
4th: Ask that you become better at what ever your dreams, passions or art that you do. Humbly ask to continue to guide on your true path and to not allow distractions of negative nature or material folly to cloud your judgment from your true purpose.
5th: NOW COME ON you no can�t get something for nothing so this is the paragraph that you ask that your family members and friends also be cleansed of hard ships. I particularly have father issue�s but I still have asked that he be guided to see the truth and start his journey to having his soul cleaned and to release the anger that he has inside of him as well as the people that he effects.
6th: Thank God, Buddha or what ever faith you follow for your life because it is precious and we are living and sharing the world in a very exciting time so remember to be humble and pure of heart because that is the true meaning of being hu �man .

Creating Heaven on Earth

Happy New Year!
2009. Here we are in a very new space. Leaving the old behind, as we have done so many times before, but this time, an entire reality is now behind us�not just a piece here and a piece there, but a place where we had been while we evolved and grew, expanded and connected, and stretched perhaps further than we knew was possible.
We are so very done now with bringing the old up to a higher rung on the evolutionary ladder, and thus, we must part and begin a life in a brand new space�a new space where we have yet to have inhabited in a regular and permanent way.
We brought up the old through transmuting the lower vibrating energies through ourselves. We held the light, we held a higher vibration, and thus, served as conduits and filters for much. We stretched and grew, examined ourselves, and let go of old and outdated patterns and behaviors. And when we were nearly done, we stayed in this old space so that the masses could catch up in all ways�so that enough souls would have an opportunity to get on board�.to open to the new�.to be willing to accept another way of living and being.
Staying in the old when many of us were now vibrating so much higher proved to be challenging indeed, as these denser energies that we once inhabited ourselves, were almost too much to bear. �I cannot possibly take anymore,� we may have thought at times. At other times, great anger, frustration, and a seeming inability to be willing to interact with mis-behaving energies, may have placed us over the top, wondering if we had indeed begun a residency in hell instead of heaven. Did we stay in the old longer than we could tolerate?
The higher we vibrate, the more we become and expect to see great care, respect, integrity, and pride utilized in all things. In this way, spending any time around organizations, individuals, and structures where no care was being taken, where things were barely functioning, and where old ways still remained, could really rock our boats.
And then, when we were done, finished with it all, and perhaps not even realizing that we could now move on, we began the process of detoxing from this �long stay.� Muscle aches and pains, nerve disorders, nausea, exhaustion, depression, skin disorders, sleep disturbances and strange dreams, and sinus headaches were some common manifestations of letting go of the remaining lower vibrating energies that surrounded us at the end of this last phase and long road home. And of course, the upper back and neck pain where our new earth angel wings were as always, sprouting once again.
As we move ever forward, to new beginnings and a very new residency in a new reality, it can be common to experience that old familiar �no sense of place.� There may be nowhere that we feel we fit, nowhere that feels right and good, and a feeling that perhaps we are hovering somewhere in between who knows what. There is good reason for this and it will, as always, subside in time. At the same time, creative energies are running rampant as we are now connecting to a new stage and new roles. Passionately excited about what we are now able to create and offer, at some level we may know that this time it is different�that this time it is finally �time,� and that this time we can now create what we indeed came to create.
We are now simply �here.� This means that creating things in the physical and on the earth, and with others, and in this world, and being present, and feeling unusually grounded, are perhaps new to us. We have released and purged so much over the last eight years that we are holding considerably more light than ever before. We need not, then, meditate, try and connect to some higher energy out there and up there, use divination tools, or in other words, connect to something outside of ourselves.
We have successfully shifted onto a new plateau, and this new plateau is heaven on Earth. Heaven is indeed here. And we are here to create it now. So if there is nowhere left to go, it is simply because we have yet to create it.
In a sense, we can exhale now�.mission accomplished. Breathe out and take a big cleansing breath. So now what? What is our next assignment?
Many of us were the original creators of this planet. In this way, we have returned with these memories intact�subconscious for some of us and very intact for others. We know what the blueprint is�we know what things are �supposed� to look like, and we know and remember at some level that we need now continue on with creating that original blueprint. Because of this, we can become frustrated and even angry when things do not remotely resemble what we remember and what we came to create. And in addition, having disrespect shown to our original and pristine creation can almost feel insulting at times. The contrast can be extreme at best, but things are about to change.
This is why we may feel very �here� now, and why we may feel unusually grounded, and perhaps even as though we have finally landed somewhere. Yes, it is now time to create the realities, the systems, the ways, and the structures of a higher nature that we are oh so familiar with indeed. Our psychic and connecting abilities to each other may become heightened now, we may begin to remember more of our soul�s intentions, and we may as well, feel much more like whom we really and truly are.
But we will not be able to create these very high level structures and creations at the level below us�or rather the mainstream level. This part can be tricky. The mainstream is no longer on our level. They are on the level we just left. So then, we must straddle the dimensional border while offering our services to humanity�the services that we know so well and that we have used for so long, while at the same time, creating the very new and much higher vibrating realities on our side of the dimensional border.
Those closest to the dimensional border will be ready and will ask. In higher vibrations, it is not appropriate to offer services when not asked. There will indeed be those who are not ready at all, and who are not open to listening. These individuals will become more and more uncomfortable until they finally reach a state of willingness for something new. This is what surrender is all about. And this is what we used to do in times long past when we desired to open to Source, or perhaps angelic assistance.
As we are now the angels of the earth, when individuals surrender and ask, we will be able to assist, advise, and show a different way. We cannot reach those who are not willing to surrender and allow. Now, you will know who is residing where, very easily. If an individual is vibrating where you are, you will feel as though they are right beside you and you can connect very easily. You will see each other. You will understand the same things. There will be no �pulls� or strings between you, and a great lightness and ease will be present. Those vibrating lower will appear to be far away, perhaps down a long tunnel, lost in another reality, make very little sense to you, and you will be unable to reach them easily. Their energy may feel like they are trying to pull you down in a riptide. And we cannot go down to those levels for very long without suffering and becoming extremely uncomfortable. Staying detached while embodying love is a great protection and a good space to maintain for a comfortable stay.
When individuals �ask� or surrender, they then open. And this is when we can appear�.through that opening. Surrendering removes ego or dis-connect energy present within someone. It gets the lower vibrating aspects of a person out of the way. It is then that we will be seen. Many of us have now graduated to states where we are walking, talking, and being higher vibrating individuals, and we need not surrender nearly as much ourselves. We are embodying so much more light now�and certainly more wisdom. But we are, of course, nowhere near done. And let me emphasize as well, that we are no better than others, just perhaps wiser and a bit more connected to a higher vibration. We have learned much through this process indeed.
Having loved ones in a different space than we are, does not necessarily mean we have to dis-connect from them altogether because they may seem so very far away. The love between ourselves and our loved ones is the connection, no matter what is occurring. And when we love everyone as much as we can, most unpleasant behaviors seem to vanish when we connect.
Our new beginnings on this very new and other side will involve new realities, most assuredly. What we know at our deepest soul levels will want to emerge now. We will have strong desires to create small and higher level communities and relationships, and when others are ready and willing, they will arrive all on their own. These new sacred spaces will have higher connections with the stars as well. And higher connections with non-physical beings, as we are now at their level. Higher connections to the earth, to nature, and to animals will certainly be prevalent as well.
Creating the new is the way to go. Trying to change and influence the old was a method from long ago. But before we begin, it is most natural to do an inventory of self. Are we walking our talk? Have we done the best we could? Do we realize that we have imperfections and always will? Can we really and truly see who we are, warts and all? Do we know what is ours to do?
It is now time to get real in all ways. Have we opened our eyes? Have we grown up? Staying on the side-lines connecting to higher vibrations through ceremony, meditations and the like, will simply serve to remove us from this new reality that is now here. We are being it now, and thus, need no longer utilize intentional acts as it is much more simple than that. We can stay still, we can be here, and we can simply embody the higher vibrations within ourselves. And this looks like whatever we want or need it to look like. There is no right or wrong, good or bad, or specific way.
Do you remember what piece of the new world you came to create? Are you an expert at it? Does it come oh so naturally to you? Do you take great care in providing it, are you in your integrity with it, and are you dedicated to offering it? And do you take time to enjoy yourself, have fun, and utilized as much self-care as needed? Do you play with your brothers and sisters when you are not offering your own special contribution?
Before we begin anew, we are most certainly always �allowed� to take a breather, to relax, to remove ourselves from our missions and passions, and to simply enjoy. Wishing you a blessed new year, a prosperous life, and a magical experience here on Earth...

Although there are clues to the possibility to massive economic change - it is difficult to know just when this might happen. Some dates predicted by some people have already come and gone. Calleman has a system of alternating days and nights that is based on his interpretation of the Mayan calendar. Also, in his model, the Mayan calendar ends in 2011 rather than 2012.

At this point I feel it may be in its place to make a jump forward to discuss what is likely to occur after the two pulses of LIGHT in DAY 4 and DAY 5. In the Fifth NIGHT, (November 18 2007 � November 12, 2008, ruled by the energy of Tezcatlipoca, the god of darkness), we will see the last desperate attempts of the West, and power hierarchies based on materialism everywhere, to remain in control and strengthen their power in some new very oppressive way.
If the international monetary system collapses in DAY 5 we may for instance come to see this replaced by a centralized electronic control over everyone�s economic interactions (Not to mention control of whereabouts and other things). Except that I simply look upon it as a phase in a cosmic plan, this is the time period when many of the scenarios described by conspiracy theoreticians may come true. Regardless of the concrete forms it may take, this is when everything will be made to keep people in the fold.
In the same way as we, during the Fifth NIGHT of the Planetary Underworld (1932-52), saw an alliance between Nazi Germany and the Soviet Union of Stalin we may well in the upcoming Fifth NIGHT come to see an alliance between the rulers of China and the United States � all in the interest of maintaining a hierarchically ruled world with a focus on material gains. And in the same way as the mentioned dictatorships of the Planetary Underworld enjoyed the overwhelming support of their subjects, we may well come to see a strong support by the subjects of the �democracy� of the US and the �popular� regime of China as the Fifth NIGHT begins to rule in the Galactic Underworld.
Especially in the United States people are already on a massive scale deluded into thinking that they are free. Those with knowledge of the changing energies of the Mayan calendar will not be as easy to manipulate by fear, since they are aware of the wave movement of history.
The Shift from Chaos to the Enlightened world Following the Fifth NIGHT large groups of people will however in the Sixth DAY break away from hierarchical control and guided by their intuition find a path towards increased wholeness. This is when the hierarchies will really start to break down, probably largely in a chaotic way. Yet, this is exactly the kind of chaos that is needed for the recreation of an Enlightened world.
Creativity is born out of chaos and if you think more deeply about it you realize that there is no linear way from today�s world (2004) to the Enlightened (2011). Instead the enlightened world can only emerge out of a series of transformative pulses, including periods of destruction, such as the Fifth NIGHT.
The paradox to understand is that the very process that seems to break down the world economy and political dominance is also the one that paves the way for Enlightenment. The emergence of a fully enlightened collective state of consciousness can only thrive in a global consciousness that is balanced. This is because the imbalance that has been dominating humanity for some 5000 years has had its direct cause the dualist frame of consciousness that was ruling throughout this time.
I feel however that the kind of Enlightenment humanity will approach as the cosmic plan is completed in 2011 will not be like anything that has existed previously. Although there are many descriptions of enlightened beings and ascended masters from human history I personally think that their states of consciousness in various ways have been limited by the creation fields that were ruling at the particular time they were (or are) living.
Only in 2011 will all veils separating human beings from the divine be removed and the supramental consciousness of the Universal Underworld will be unexplored territory. In a sense we are talking about the emergence of an entirely new species of human beings. For the first time Enlightenment will take place in a balanced global creation field and this certainly will influence the depth and scope of the cosmic consciousness that may be attained.
Understanding the Shadow side of ourselves is one of the major challenges to humanity today, particularly as it holds the key to transforming ourselves and, thereby, our world. In the following pages I will attempt to present material which will be of assistance in coming to an understanding of the Shadow. Please bear in mind that the subject of the Shadow is too vast to begin to do it real justice in an article of this nature. Although I am also writing about how to use The South African Flower Essences in the context of working with the Shadow, I will discuss the Shadow first, in some detail, before looking at the relevant flower essences.
Many of us have heard the term 'Shadow' without really understanding what it means. Perhaps we have some vague idea that it may be a rather undesirable part of ourselves and feel that it is best ignored. Maybe we imagine it to be dark, or evil and, consequently, tend to be rather afraid of it and avoid the whole issue. Thus, the subject of the Shadow often remains a mystery, swathed in misunderstandings.
So, let's look, then, at what the Shadow is and why it is relevant to our daily lives.
It was Carl Jung who first popularised the concept of the Shadow in his work with the unconscious aspects of the self. In the Healing Power of Illness (Element Books Ltd.) Dethlefsen and Dahlke define it as "The sum of all those rejected aspects of reality which people either cannot, or will not, see within themselves and of which they are therefore unconscious." The Shadow is actually a component of the Self, more than just the sum of its parts, and since it is always with us and holds so much of our life energy, anyone serious about increasing self-awareness or about growing spiritually, must, of necessity, tangle with this Shadow Self for the reasons we shall examine below.
A way that I, personally, find to be helpful in understanding the Shadow is as follows. When we are born, we accept our world as it is. We do not judge ourselves, the situations in which we find ourselves, or our interactions, as either right or wrong. At this stage, our sense of self could be pictured as spherical, rather like a huge beach ball, representing the totality of all that is. We do not differentiate into good or bad. We do not feel that we should not be this, or that we should be that. We just are.
Within a short time we begin to learn, in very practical ways, that this is a reality of duality. We learn that there are expectations of us already firmly in place, that certain behaviour attracts positive responses and other behaviour attracts negative responses. We learn that we are required to live up to those expectations in order to be loved, to fit into the roles in which we have been cast, with the family dynamic, with the society into which we have incarnated. As we need love in order to survive, we learn to adapt ourselves. Thus, the process of splitting off parts of ourselves commences and we begin to divide that sphere into what we accept as part of ourselves and what we reject.
The fact is, however, that we actually encompass both polarities, the good and the bad, the light and the dark. As Kahil Gibran put it:-

"The whole universe exists within you And everything that is within you also exists within creation. In a single drop of water is to be found the secret of the boundless ocean. A single manifestation of yourself contains all life's manifestations."
..
Ultimately, we have to come to an inner understanding of this. We have to deal with each aspect, even that which we have discarded, as it holds part of our energy which we need to transmute and transform. And the Shadow is here to help us.
In life we learn to identify ourselves in certain ways. For example when we say "I am a woman, I am a mother, I am a teacher, I am kind, I am tolerant, I am capable" or, on the other hand, "I am unkind, I am intolerant, I am bad and I am incapable " these beliefs form part of who we see ourselves being. However, all of these ways in which we identify ourselves are choices we make and each one implies, automatically, that we are rejecting from our consciousness the polarity of what we define ourselves to be. So it is that we will deny our hostility, our rage, our deceptions or our envy. Since we are, as Gibran points out, the totality of all that is, what happens, then, to all that we exclude? The nature of reality is such that banishing aspects of ourselves from our consciousness does not cause them to disappear anymore than the ostrich, hiding his head in the sand, becomes invisible because he can no longer see his foe! It truly is a major deception we foist upon ourselves.
My favourite description of the Shadow is given by Lazaris in Working with the Shadow (NPN Publishing Inc). For an in-depth understanding of this subject, and, in fact, of the spiritual paradigm in general, you cannot, in my opinion, do better than the Larazis Material?. He says that, particularly in our youth and young adulthood, "it is as though our arms are filled with bundles and packages, far too much for us to carry" and so we drop things. The Shadow comes along behind us and picks it all up, the garbage, as well as the treasures, and keeps them until we are ready to deal with them. He says that the Shadow is not, as many think, our enemy but our loyal friend. It "is there to hold sacred and protect all the stuff that we are unable to deal with and unable to accept." So the Shadow is a part of us, a being, "who holds for us all the stuff we deny, discount, disown and pretend does not exist."
Along with this, it also holds all that we refuse to be responsible for and also that which is too painful for us to handle at the time-- all that we hide from ourselves. Thus, the Shadow serves as a faithful friend, picking up and holding for us what we discard and disown. Its function is to keep these parts of us until such time as we are ready to take them back and recognise them as integral to who we are.
As pointed out above, it is not only the so-called 'negative' aspects of the self that we disown. The Shadow also picks up the treasures we let fall. Now, why would we disown positive aspects of ourselves, you may ask? A starting point in understanding this is to remember that, as children, our primary need is to be loved in order to survive. In order to obtain this love, we will adapt to whatever is required of us, whatever it takes to fit into the required role, even if this entails giving up abilities we innately have or taking on a negative role in the family dynamic. Perhaps a sibling is the favourite, perhaps as a boy or girl we are taught that we have to be a certain way, perhaps the family needs someone to blame, someone to take on the role of black sheep. Perhaps our conditioning is that we are bad, lazy or incompetent. Perhaps, it is not acceptable to be powerful, strong, loving, intelligent, compassionate, empathetic or sensitive. In these cases, what happens is that we may well disown the light or 'good' aspect of ourselves and, this, our Shadow Self will pick up for safekeeping.
Another helpful tool in understanding the Shadow and in obtaining insights into its way of working in our lives is the astrological chart. To those unfamiliar with a chart, it may appear at first glance to be a mass of indecipherable and incomprehensible glyphs. With study, it can come to be a fascinating source of insight into our own very individual psyches....

While your "outer self" - your daily waking consciousness is focused upon the external world, your inner being encompasses all aspects of your consciousness. Your inner being includes your outer self, your subconscious mind, and all the other, so-called "unconscious" parts of your mind that psychologists have tried to identify.
Your inner being is your complete consciousness. It is all of the "separate" parts of your consciousness in one unified package. Your inner being is also your soul - the real you, the complete you. It has also been referred to as your "higher self" because, compared to the consciousness of the outside world, most of your inner being operates at a higher frequency of consciousness. It manages many essential functions for you while your outer self focuses upon the experience of life in the external world through your five senses.
As members of the human race, we are spiritual adventurers who have projected ourselves into a physical realm in order to experience an intense focus of consciousness. Our purpose in the physical realm of consciousness is to gain a sharply-defined sense of identity and then to expand our awareness into heart-centered consciousness and beyond.
These stages of consciousness are reflected in the human chakra system, which is a set of gateways of consciousness between you and the outside world. The main portion of Western society today functions at the level of the solar plexus chakra, which emphasizes intellectual and technical development Then, there is an ever-increasing body of people who function at the level of the heart chakra. These leading-edge people spend much of their time functioning through this holistic and integrative chakra. Here they learn how to be heartfelt and then - the next stage - heart-powered in their consciousness.
Through meditation, spiritual pioneers go further still and activate the throat chakra, which is the center of powerful creativity. The inner senses. These are inner versions of the outer senses. Inner sight is the sense that sees the subtle energy effects produced by fields of consciousness, such as, for example, human auras. Inner hearing provides empathic and telepathic communication with others as needed. Inner touch reveals the past history and associations of physical objects. Inner taste and smell provide an awareness of the subtle energies emanating from substances.
Imagine having access to all of these abilities! With them, you could sail through life, experiencing true joy, continually discovering and expressing more of your true potential in life.
These inner abilities do not have to be developed within your daily consciousness. You already possess them at the level of your inner being. You need only practice regular communication with your inner being in order to gain from this unlimited source of wisdom, insight and creativity. Tune into your inner being through;
daily meditation, and by being receptive to the "still, small voice within" of your intuition. The more you pay attention to your intuitive insights, the more you realize how profoundly correct they are.
When you align with your inner self, your true potential begins to manifest and miracles begin to happen in your life!
Most definitely!!! The Earth has evolved to a point where she is ready to move to a higher frequency dimension. This is a normal evolutionary step for all life in the universe. This process is called Ascension. The dimension is the 5th. Everyone and everything ascends when their energy vibration reaches a specific frequency of Light.
There are many different forms of life upon Earth, e.g. humanity, animals, minerals, trees, etc. Anything that lives within the natural flow of Divine Order will have a similar band of vibration to the Earth and as such can automatically ascend with her. An example of living in Divine Order can be seen in the response of plants and animals to the different seasons.
Everyone on Earth is deciding now, on some level, whether they choose to align with that Divine order and so ascend to the 5th dimension or if they wish to continue their learning in the 3rd dimension. Third dimensional learning involves experiencing many different situations to help teach us greater wisdom and love.
Anyone involved in this learning, such as humanity and some animal species, are at different points of vibration, depending on the learning attained. Living positively creates a high level of vibration. Negative patterns, such as fear, create a lower vibration.
I DON'T KNOW WHAT I AM SUPPOSED TO BE DOING!! You don't need to know what you are doing! It is not part of the contract! It is usually the mind or ego that wants to know the details and significance. Spirit is content to surrender to Divine Order, simply doing what feels right, without hesitation, in total faith and trust - and moving on to the next exciting moment.
AM I A LIGHTWORKER?
If you have a desire to help ' even if you don't know what form that help may take ' the answer is yes.
HOW DO I KNOW I AM HELPING?
If you are doing what feels right, regardless of what it is ' you are helping. Providing it resonates, you are doing what you came here to do. Interest, excitement and what resonates and feels right deep within ' will show your right path, moment by moment. Trust your gut feeling.
DO I NEED ALL THE DETAILS TO PLAN MY WORK?
Only if it feels right and excites you. When we surrender and use intuition, we don't generally need much of the detail and significance that make up our 3D world. If you do need details or need to 'think it out,' it will feel right in the moment to do that. This is quite different to working it out through the mind because you think you have to. If you are meant to do something that needs a particular energy, such as an eclipse or full moon energy, then providing you plan intuitively ' that will be present. Mostly, you could go ahead and plan without ever knowing there was to be a full moon that day. However, there will always be exceptions. It could be, for some Divine reason, you do need to know there will be a full moon that day. If so, that will feel right! Generally, if you have planned intuitively, then everything that is meant to be there, will be there. Some Lightworkers tasks do involve significance and detail. Remember a feeling of rightness is senior to anything ' even statements by 'authorities' or ascended masters.
DO I NEED TO ATTEND LOTS OF WORKSHOPS?
Whether it is a workshop, a book or anything else, if it excites you - do it. If it doesn't - don't. Just because it helped someone else, doesn't meant it is right for you. Your indication of excitement is your path.
IS IT NECESSARY TO WORK ON FORMING A LIGHT BODY?
The vast majority of Lightworkers already have a Lightbody. You left it stored 'up there' until it was needed. You are in the process of integrating it. If by any chance you don't already have one, it is being created. This is part of the balancing that takes place for ascension. You don't usually have to do anything in particular. It happens naturally, as you re-adopt your mastery. As you surrender to Divine Order, it just happens.
AM I WHERE I AM MEANT TO BE?
Well, check it. Ask yourself 'If I could be anywhere in the world doing anything I want, right now, where would I be?' If your answer is 'right here doing what I am doing,' then you are following your intuitive guidance in that moment and you are where you're meant to be.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY EGO IS IN CONTROL?
If you are looking around to see who has noticed, that is a pretty good indicator! You could also ask yourself, 'If I never tell anyone that I am doing this, and no-one is ever going to know, do I still want to do it? Give yourself a truthful answer.
HOW DO I KNOW IF I AM LINKED TO A NEGATIVE ENERGY?
You have a great gift ' it is the ability to sense when a situation or someone, does not feel right for you. Be aware of your initial feeling and trust it. No matter if the whole world thinks that that this presenter, technique, book, product or guru is simply the best, trust your intuition every time. You could save yourself untold anguish! A lack of confidence in yourself and a failure to trust your own knowing can really land you in hot water!
HOW DO I RECOGNIZE TRUTH?
Your heart tells you ' every time. All you need to do is trust your intuition when it speaks to you. As you read or listen to something, note if anything does not feel right. It could be just a word or a sentence. Don't dismiss your feelings'.. never accept something that feels wrong.
WHY AM I LOSING MY MEMORY?
Because you are leaving the 3D world where one uses memory in order to know something. You are heading for the 5th dimension where KNOWING is the way to operate. Your memory is disappearing to encourage you to use your ability to respond intuitively. It is time now to simply know what you need to know in any given moment. Losing your memory is a positive happening! It affects all age groups. It applies particularly to Lightworkers who have been here a long time.
WHY IS MY EYESIGHT AFFECTED?
Everyone wanting to ascend has to bring all aspects of themselves into balance, in order to attain the right frequency of vibration. This includes merging with your I AM Presence (which is the non-incarnated part of you). Your eyesight has to adjust and it can become difficult to read small print in bad lighting. (Other types of eyesight problems will have a different reason). You don't need an optician. Just buy a pair of the lowest magnification glasses until this adjustment is completed. It may take a while. This depends on you. The more positive you are, the faster your I AM can merge with you. The more the I AM merges, the more help you are given to be positive.
I DON'T SEEM TO GET EVERYTHING DONE?
You are leaving the 3rd dimension and 'time' - and are heading to the 5th dimensional realm of the 'eternal moment.' There is no time in the 5th, because it is not required for 5th dimensional learning. As the Earth moves to 'no time,' her frequency increases and she 'loses' time. We have now lost 6 hours and 54 minutes on a day. This, combined with the fact that you try to do things you think you 'should' and 'need' to do, is the reason you are not getting it all done. Cancel all the shoulds, musts and needs in your life. Do only what feels right. It may not always feel exciting and it may not always be pleasant, but it will feel right to do it. Sometimes our emotions and thoughts get in the way and confuse us. Put these reactions aside and check if it 'feels' right.
ISN'T IT SELFISH TO DO WHAT FEELS RIGHT TO ME?
No, it is selfless. There is only one Divine Order. Everyone who operates within its natural flow is in the right place, at the right time, giving the best help they can in that moment. Have courage and trust that, despite reactions others may have, your actions are also right for them (as indeed their actions are for you, if they are operating intuitively). Perhaps their response comes from their mind or ego. Perhaps you are helping them bring their emotions to the surface. You don't need to know the why. Just do it, let go of any expectations of what you think should happen and carry on with what feels right in the next moment' and the next''and the next.
HOW DO I STOP THINKING ALL THE TIME?
Take 10 minutes a day when you won't be disturbed. Become still. Whenever a thought comes into your head ' say CANCEL. Continue to focus on the silence. Don't give a seconds of your attention to any thought. Don't relax your discipline. Do this every day until the mind realises it is no longer in control. The mind will become quiet, responding only when called upon by you ' Spirit. It doesn't have to take long.
HOW DO I STOP EMOTIONAL CHAOS IN MY LIFE?
Spot your lessons early. If you react to a person or situation, be are of it and let your reaction go. If you don't let it go or you fail to notice your reaction, you will continue attracting tougher and more traumatic situations, until you get the message! Spotting it early means you don't get into horrendous traumas! Don't bury or suppress your emotional reaction. If you do, you'll have to create more situations to bring them to the surface again.
HOW DO I GET INTO MY HEART?
Get out of your head and ego - and there is no place left to go. Well OK, it is a matter of discipline. Do spot checks on yourself. A few times in the day, ask yourself 'Am I in my head or my heart?' If you see that you're thinking about what to do ' stop, take a deep breath and move into your heart. Ask yourself what you would like to be doing in that moment? What would make your heart sing and not sink? Then do it. Or at least put the steps into motion to start doing it.
HOW DO I LEARN TO LOVE UNCONDITIONALLY?
Be aware every time you criticize, judge or condemn anyone, including yourself. And stop doing it. Apply the discipline necessary to demand from yourself, a positive, loving outlook. Never let yourself get away with a negative thought. You may like to look at the following possibilities. 'Everyone is doing the best they can, with the data they have at hand'. 'Everyone on the planet is helping everyone else.'
WHO WILL SHOW ME THE WAY?
You are shown signs in the everyday events of your life. All you need to do is be in the present moment in order to see them. If you are 'spaced out' or too 'grounded,' you can miss what is happening in front of you.
There are no leaders. The process of ascension requires a regaining of inner mastery. For this reason, you are encouraged to seek your own inner truth and be your own leader. Remember the Wizard of Oz and 'follow the yellow brick road'? The answers are found within.
We are all equal. If you understand this, you will not feel called to hand your power over to guru's and leaders who we think are better than us. Often through a lack of self-confidence, we hand our power to someone we believe may be helping. In this way, we hope that at least then we will be helping. Handing our power over can be as simple as adoring a photo of someone and 'thinking' your energy in their direction. Be aware of the links you make ' some are not what they seem to be!! Your first inner gut reaction shows you.
HOW DO I ENSURE I AM CONNECTED TO HIGHEST LIGHT?
Decrees can be used to assist for this. To ensure you are aligned to Highest Light, do the following: -
"By Divine Decree, In the Name of God, I invoke the Sacred Violet Flame, to transmute in this moment - every thought, link, alliance, connection or allegiance to any negative Being, energy or object - that I have made - knowingly or unknowingly - in this Universe, where this is not in accordance with - the Highest Source of All Creation and the Divine Plan for Earth.
I AM' now fully aligned in all my lower and higher bodies to - the Highest Source of All Creation.
I give permission under Universal Law, for any and all sacred codes and mathematical programs that I am responsible for, that I carry, have carried or will carry, to be brought NOW into a state of purity in accordance with Divine Order and to be held in such a state forever, in accordance with Divine Higher Will. So Be It. It is done." You will need to say it 3 times.
The easiest way to stay free of non-optimum connections is'. never doubt your ability to know what is right for you.
DO I NEED TO BE ABLE TO CHANNEL?
Everyone is a channel of Light and healing in some form. Regarding channeling specific material from the ascended realms, if this was a part of your agreement then, ego aside, becoming a channel will resonate with you. If all the planet's billions of people were meant to channel as a prerequisite to ascension, we might be here for another 26,000-year cycle! If you are meant to channel, then you will already be trained for it (as were all Lightworkers for their particular jobs), so you won't need to go somewhere to 'learn to channel.' Although channeling appears to have some glamor attached to it, it is just another job. It doesn't mean someone is more evolved or special. If channeling is addressed with humility, surrender and service, then a high level of truth can be brought through. If these qualities are not present, channeling can be distorted as it is filters through the lower bodies. Because there was no original agreement made with the higher realms, people who channel from an ego desire, often encourage lower dimensional beings who profess to be from higher dimensions. We all ultimately learn the value of following what truly resonates in our heart to do. Therein lies the joy.
HOW DO I ACT AS A MASTER WHEN I FEEL LIKE A VICTIM?
Stop feeling like a victim. What is left is the alternative - a Master.
HOW DO I RECOGNIZE MIS-INFORMATION?
If you feel something isn't right, it isn't! Trust your inherent ability to distinguish the difference.
Nothing is more reliable than your own inner guidance. Trust it with all your heart and soul. Be your own counsel. If you perceive a negative energy, you don't need to also decide that this energy is good or bad, right or wrong. That is a third dimensional belief pattern of judgment.
The goal of negative energy is to further people away from source. As a Lightworker, this would not be a goal you would align with, so you may choose to withdraw your support, energy and power from this activity. However, you don't also need to withdraw your unconditional love. 'Unconditional' means just that. It doesn't mean 'I will only love you if you work with positive energy and do things that I think are right!'
WHEN WILL I ASCEND?
This occurs when it is completely right in Divine Order. You don't get whisked out of here at an inappropriate moment. It is not something that is done to you! Ascension is a do-it-yourself affair. You go when you are ready. For ascension to occur you will have completed what you came to Earth to do. Any dense energies in your emotional and mental bodies will have been transmuted into a higher frequency. You will be in balance. Your outlook will be one of joy, harmony and peace. You will not still be making statements like 'When the heck do I get out of here!' and 'I hope this is my last physical incarnation!' Your desire to leave will be equal to your desire to remain. When all this is in order, you may find yourself ascending with your Twin Flame and heading for the 'completion of mission' banquet!
SO WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?
Be yourself. This means LET GO of everything that is not YOU - all the barriers you have erected, all the beliefs, justifications, criticisms, judgments, negative thoughts, unwanted emotions, the 'shoulds, needs and musts' and the effort you put into controlling your life.
The idea of letting go or surrendering control can bring up fear in us. But there is nothing to fear. You don't lose your identity and become absorbed into some great unknown! Surrendering means you are more in tune with the consciousness of the universe. This helps you act with a deep understanding of what is best for whole Self. The real you ' Spirit - has a caring, love and depth of compassion that goes far beyond what you experience though your emotional body. Surrendering brings an ease and joy to life that will make you wonder why you didn't do it earlier.
AND IN A WORD!

WHEN YOU LET GO AND LET GOD '
You are - giving the best help possible; completing your agreements; balancing your karma; merging with your I Am Presence; integrating or creating your Lightbody; becoming the God qualities you have chosen to reflect on Earth; transmuting any dense energies in your lower bodies; resuming your power, wisdom, abilities and mastery; passing or exchanging any necessary codes to people or places; receiving highest guidance; experiencing a stunning sequence of synchronicities; on your ascension path; connecting with the right people; attracting the signs to show you the way; in the right place at the right time; merging closer with your Twin Flame; experiencing situations optimum for your learning; aware you have the abilities and powers you need in any given moment; positive, confident, aware, wise, loving, compassionate, understanding, non-judgmental and centered; regaining your multi-dimensional awareness; completing your contract; moving into inner joy; fun, excitement, fulfillment and love; trusting yourself and the absolute perfection and magnificence of the process of Divine Order -
With everything being magnified in higher realms energy, you may find yourself crying at the smallest of disappointments and crying at the smallest acts of kindness as well. We weep when we are releasing, and we are releasing an enormous amount of the illusionary world and the illusionary ways of being and relating that we had bought into within the 3D reality.
We weep when we are finally able to see and experience who we really are and we weep when we experience love and we weep when we feel unity with our beloved soul families, and we weep when we feel unity with nature, the higher vibrations, and ultimately Source���.as that is what we are becoming and merging with right now in a perfect and much more intense way.
And we weep when we experience suffering, as we so believe that suffering should not exist in Heaven. We are overcome with compassion for every living thing, as we observe this process of shifting and sorting and what it is creating as the division becomes as intense as ever�..choose to become your soul and your ever greater connection to Source, or choose to reside in another reality.
We are weeping as we are now uniting with Source and the higher realms as never before.
THE VEIL HAS BEEN LIFTED. (has been for a while now)
We have reached critical mass. This was the plan. All is in order. We have finally arrived.
What is occurring now is the result of our merging with the higher realms and a result of uniting with our souls and Source energy in a very powerful and impactful way.
Then there is the loneliness���.. what is this strong and overwhelming loneliness? It comes two-fold.
We are releasing and letting go of a HUGE amount of the illusory reality that existed behind the veil. We are not our imbalances. We are not our �issues� or our confusion. We are not our fears or our misperceptions. And we are not our defense mechanisms that we developed in order to survive in the 3D reality.
When we let go of so much at once (and we know that we have been on this path of letting go of so much of our ego selves through the ascension process for awhile now��.so that this would be a more gentle process when we arrived �on the other side�), we naturally tend to want to grasp onto something. We want to hold onto the shore. We may wonder where we are, as we may feel that we are floating and bobbing in a land of no land���all alone in a strange and unfamiliar place where nothing seems to make sense anymore and nothing is �as it should be�.
Not wanting to be alone in this new land we have arrived in�not knowing where we are���and having nothing to hold onto can create an intense desire to be in the company of others as we feel a strange �emptiness�.
<>But there is a ger and higher reason for the loneliness.
In the higher realms there is no separation. There are no boundaries. (Are you having many �boundary� experiences now?) In this reality we do not do everything ourselves. This new existence revolves around teamwork and soul team connections. We wear our �one hat� and carry our one true and purposeful soul vibration, and do and be nothing else. Anything else needed is provided by another member of our team who is being and vibrating just that. We love and support each other. We co-habitate and love and play and create and sing together.
We are now in the higher realms, so then, we are feeling very strange being alone as we are no longer vibrating and residing in that old separation reality of the 3D. I have been extremely comfortable spending much time alone for the majority of my life. I usually thrive on it. Several weeks ago, I awoke in my home and absolutely knew that I would never live alone again, and that my home and my reality would be filled with my soul family and with many star beings as well. That old way of being was gone forever��..never to return.
The beauty now is that IT IS FINALLY HERE. How glorious it is for so many of us to be experiencing this reality now, as IT HAS FINALLY ARRIVED.

We are here! We are here!
And as the unity energy begins manifesting for us, many are finding that perfect person and it feels like a downright miracle. We are uniting with our soul teams as well, and coming together and blending with a beautiful group energy that feels like something we have been waiting for forever.
Know as well, that our soul partners and teams are arriving for us in packages that we may not have imagined, but if we can go past their form and package and look into their eyes in a higher and deeper way, their soul energy comes shining through and a connection is most certainly there. It reminds me of the movie �What Dreams May Come� with Robin Williams���.his beloved family was right before his eyes for awhile before he recognized them.
You may be thinking, �All very well and good for you to say, Karen, but it feels downright eerie and strange and very dark to me. I'm feeling vulnerable and scared and grossly uncomfortable�.
When we reached critical mass in mid-August, the light (meaning we lightworkers and other non-physical beings holding the light for the planet) was then able to pull out in order to enable the darkness to have free reign and completely and totally destroy itself. This is what is occurring now.
Anything and everything can and will happen. This is a part of the process and completely and divinely planned. Expect more natural disasters (and we need not interfere with this process by trying to send light and avert these very natural and needed occurrences). These planetary adjustments and alignments are very necessary. Expect what will appear to be horrors. And know that the suffering is not as bad as it appears. As strange as it seems, at higher levels there is no suffering. And a very natural by-product of this dark and destruction energy is a beautiful unity with others, as we strive to feel better.
When things are wonderful and always going our way, we are rarely open to making any kind of change. These seemingly dark and empty times create unusual opportunities for new ways of being and doing things. They open us up and connect us. There is a graceful beauty here.
<> What can we do? How can we feel better?
Create your sacred space. Stay in the helicopter and do not go down with the ship. Allow the destruction and the deterioration to do what it needs to do. Do not try and �save�. This has never been a higher way and many are finally seeing this. Saving only serves to rob an individual or entity of its natural right and its own true ability as a powerful creator.
We are in the higher realms now. Have you noticed how quickly and easily you can shift from a state of lower and denser feelings and emotions into one of higher and more joyful feelings? We can ever so easily tap into an incredible stream and reality of great love, compassion and amazing joy and bliss in any given moment.
We are also in the �heart� reality now, and interacting and connecting from our hearts instead of our minds. We can throw all the analyzing, thinking and controlling out the window and be in our hearts as we let them alone guide us to where we want and need to be. Always go with what feels good, even if it doesn't make sense. This is our best navigator, and in this way we can never go wrong.
These higher energies are feeling unbelievably incredible, if you choose to tap into them. I have had many, many days where I can do nothing but sit or stand as I can feel them so intensely and I literally cannot do a thing. This state of being brings me to tears, as it is all I have ever imagined feeling or experiencing. It is overpowering and indescribable��..and there is so much love. I can barely breathe.
If we choose to get out of the helicopter and go into the stepping stone world to share our vibrations of great compassion, joy, love and beingness, we can do so, but we must first cement these ways in, so that we can fully embody them when we �visit� the stepping stone world. In this way, we will never become influenced or go down with the ship. In order to reside and exist in these lower vibrating realities, we absolutely must know how to maintain our higher vibrations for these brief �visits�. We cannot afford to �become� what is leaving. We must know who we are. We must �be� the higher realms, as we introduce it to others.
And in the now higher realms, we are learning a whole new (or forgotten) way of being. We are learning to create in the palm of our hands. We are experiencing non-linear time, when everything just seems to happen all at once, in no particular order with no particular process. We are now in near instant manifestation reality. We can access higher states of being and feeling and experiencing at the blink of an eye.
If things seem chaotic and confusing, know that we have net yet read the driver's manual for the higher ways of being. They are at our disposal now. We need to learn how to navigate and create within them. We need to remember that what we say and desire becomes our reality����no longer a matter of trying to fit in with a pre-existing reality of an old 3D world that we felt powerless in. Expect miracles. KNOW.
And if you have been �wide awake� when you are in bed and usually sleeping, know that it is because of these incredible new and higher energies that we are now in. We seem to be able to function in a strange way now, even though sleep deprived, but still functioning at some levels and surviving this process. These energies are pouring in so intensely now, that we can feel them physically in many ways, all according to how you may be wired or where you may have any residual densities or blockages.
We sleep when we are merging with a higher dimension, and when we arrive, we are �wide awake� while we are becoming it and residing in the new vibration.
As things may feel upside down and inside out, it is only because we are now finally in the vibrations of rightside up, and the old realities are merely trying to adjust and align.
Yes, we are in strange, wild and what may seem like unpredictable times, but I can assure you that all is in order and we are right on track for this amazing, incredible and one of a kind Shift of the Ages.
